Favorite Uncle Dan (FUD)
My earliest memories of my Uncle Dan are of going to my grandparents' house to see him when he would come home on leave for holidays. He always had the coolest gifts for his nieces and nephews - one time coming home with an actual stuffed koala that played music and ALWAYS coming home with circus peanuts for me. In later years, we shared a love of Colorado and a love of running - often comparing ailing joints haha. Like his parents and his siblings, he was quick witted, good natured and extremely bright. I will miss him and my heart is with all those who knew and loved him.
