It is of the utmost importance to us that your loved one is always in our direct care when you call on us. For this reason, it is our professional staff that will respond at the time of death to transport your loved one to our funeral home and will provide all necessary professional services (embalming, dressing, cosmetology, etc.) through our on-site preparation facilities. Many funeral homes in El Paso County provide these services through an off-site warehouse facility in an industrial park rather than at the funeral home in which you made the necessary arrangements, while at the same time charging substantially more for their services.
