	I will always remember Bill sitting next to me in &quot;Texas Roadhouse&quot;. We ordered our steaks an I wanted mine &quot;well done&quot; as I always did at that time.&nbsp;</p>
<p>
	Bill looked at me and said in his Texas Rancher voice and dialect: &quot;Peter, do me a favour - just try a little piece of my &quot;medium filet mignon&quot; - please&quot;</p>
<p>
	I tasted it .... and since then - I eat my steak always like that and think almost every time on Bill who taught me that this is the only way to eat a real good steak!</p>
<p>
	Thank you Bill and Good Bye - Rest in peace</p>
