April 20, 1930 – January 24, 2018

Randall J. Newendyke entered the presence of the Lord on January 24, 2018. Randy was born in Sterling, Illinois, son of Roy and Martha Newendyke. Randy graduated from Vinton Iowa High School in 1948.

He entered the armed services in 1951 and served during the Korean War and was honorably discharged in 1954 at Camp Carson. He became a member of the First Presbyterian Church in 1956. Randy joined the IBEW Local 113 as a journeyman electrician and retired in 1992.

Randy married Louise Hilbers on October 20, 1956. He is survived by his wife; his sons, Gordon and Richard; and daughters, Christine and Laura; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Eunice and Elizabeth; and brother, Milton.

Memorial service, Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80910.
